This Agreement is between you and Yurt Rock ("we", "us"). By installing or using Pick Pocket (the "Software"), you agree to it.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on computers you own or control, for the number of activations included with your purchase or subscription. The Software is licensed, not sold.
You own everything you create with the Software. MIDI, audio and groove files you generate from your own recordings are yours to use commercially with no additional fee, royalty, or credit.
Loops, samples and one-shots supplied by us remain our property and are covered by your Yurt Rock licence. You may use them in your own musical productions. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage them as samples, loops, or sample libraries.
Do not share, resell, rent, or sublicense the Software or your licence key. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to defeat the licensing system, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
The Software verifies your licence when activated and periodically thereafter. It is designed to work offline between checks. We may deactivate licences obtained fraudulently or through a refunded or charged-back purchase.
Updates we release may be provided at our discretion and are covered by this Agreement.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for backing up your projects and audio.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Software will not exceed the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost recordings, or indirect or consequential damages.
This licence ends if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software.
